ALG Holdings Family, LLC. represents the culmination of years of work by serial entrepreneur JB Yowell.

ALG Holdings Family, LLC. is the culmination of decades of determination by acquisition entrepreneur, JB Yowell. JB starts and grows businesses with an almost restless abandon. He started his very first company at the tender age of 21. It was a dog grooming business called Washadoggery. That was twenty years ago. Since then, JB has made forays into a multitude of business ventures—energy and power, hospitality, real estate, radio broadcast, construction, and more! Today, ALG Holdings has ownership in many companies while also looking to aggressively grow its portfolio in 2022 and beyond.

Perrotti’s Pizza

ALG Holdings has acquired Perrotti’s Pizza, a family restaurant located on the campus of Texas Christian University. The ALG team is looking forward to increasing business and profits for the Perrotti’s Pizza heritage brand, while also raising salaries for both part-time and full-time employees.

In addition to Perrotti’s Pizza, ALG Holdings has ownership in a wide variety of companies and is planning to aggressively grow their portfolio in 2021.

Hyena’s Comedy Club

ALG Holdings is looking to increase its ownership stake in Hyena’s Comedy Club. Hyena’s currently has locations in the Dallas and Fort Worth area; ALG plans to expand and transform the Hyena’s Comedy Club brand by adding growth into additional markets and broadening programming opportunities. The collaboration of ALG and founder Randy Butler will elevate Hyena’s into a premier comedy club chain on a national scale.

Kroh Exploration, LLC.

A partnership of JB Yowell and Brett Kroh, Kroh Exploration, LLC is an independent oil & gas exploration company. They acquire existing wells and increase production using a variety of stimulation techniques. Kroh Exploration anticipates company production growth to over three-thousand barrels a day over the next five to ten years.

Perk Coffee

Perk Kafe’s 3 Manhattan locations were acquired by ALG in 2021. Perk combines JB’s love of coffee, New York and growing businesses. ALG Holdings will continue to open new Perk Coffee shops, while focusing more on roasting our own beans and selling our coffee in major retail stores and as a home delivery subscription.

Down To Business

ALG Holdings will further explore media opportunities, including future podcasts and a reality show titled Down to Business (currently in pre-production). The program combines Yowell’s business acumen with his flair for entertainment. Like The Bryan Blue Show, Down To Business will feature Jamie Kinser as a cohost. The Down To Business team will partner with businesses each week to reorganize, restructure, and rediscover higher earning power.
